Method

For the Cheesecake Crust:

1. In a large bowl, combine the crushed Moir’s YUM biscuits with the melted butter or margarine. Mix well and press into greased mini tart tins.

2. Place in the refrigerator for 30 minutes to chill.

For the Filling:

1. In a large bowl, combine the cream cheese, feta, spring onions, dill, lemon juice, crispy bacon, and Moir’s Glacé Figs. Season well with sea salt and freshly ground black pepper.

2. Divide the cream cheese mixture between the tart tins, smooth the tops and chill for 1-2 hours.

3. Top with extra Moir’s Glacé Figs before serving.

Makes 6 tarts

Ingredients

6 x 21g packets Moir’s YUM Biscuits, crushed

80g butter or margarine, melted

For the Filling:

1 tub cream cheese

100g feta with black pepper,crumbled

2 spring onions, finely chopped

2 tbsp (30ml) fresh chopped dill

2 tbsp (30ml) fresh lemon juice

200g diced, cooked, crispy bacon, cooled

100g Moir’s Glacé Figs, finely chopped

Sea salt and freshly ground black Pepper
